Lincoln Presidential Announcement 1860 Newspaper (Authentic in Phoenixville, PA

Looking for a serious and dedicated collector for this one-of-a-kind piece.
The ORIGINAL New York Herald, Morning Edition, Wednesday, November 7, 1860, that announces that Abraham Lincoln has won the election and is the next President of the United States. The entire newspaper is in-tact (all pages). I've meticulously cared for this newspaper (UV protected glass, humidity control, etc) and it is in fairly good condition. The only rough patch is at the bottom of the paper due to some former water damage (I'm guessing). You are more than welcome to call with any questions, or even come by and take a look at it before you decide to purchase.
The authenticity of the paper has not been officially identified, but I'm very confident that the paper is authentic. Our family had acquired this item from a very reputable source a long time ago.
However, if you would like to have the paper verified for authenticity, I will hold the paper specifically for you until the results are received. Payment will not be required until the verification has been completed, no problem... and if the authenticity isn't satisfactory to you, you will be under no obligation to purchase the item, and I will reimburse the cost of the verification.
